Booking Guidelines for Agents

These guidelines outline the responsibilities and booking process for registered agents (trainers, instructors, and other service providers) on AtuLeisure.com. By using the booking feature, you agree to these guidelines.


1. Booking Management

1.1. Agents are fully responsible for managing their own availability and schedule via the calendar on their profile.
1.2. New booking requests are delivered via email and shown in your dashboard.
1.3. As an agent, you can:

  • Accept or reject a booking request;

  • Suggest an alternative time;

  • Communicate directly with the user through the internal messaging system.


2. Agent Responsibility

2.1. The Website does not interfere with the booking process.
2.2. You are solely responsible for:

  • Setting your available hours and price list;

  • Responding to booking requests in a timely manner;

  • Handling confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling;

  • Delivering the service.
    2.3. All arrangements regarding location, payment, and service details are made directly between you and the customer.


3. Your Own Booking Rules

3.1. You may define your own cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms in the “Booking rules” field of your listing.
3.2. We recommend:

  • Clearly stating your cancellation and refund policy;

  • Mentioning whether prepayment is required;

  • Providing full details on service duration, fees, and session type.
    3.3. These rules are visible to users before they submit a booking request.
     

  • 3.4. If booking is enabled for your listing, you can configure additional booking settings to better control how users interact with your calendar.

    • Go to your account menu and open the My Listings section.
    • Locate the listing with booking enabled.
    • Click on Booking Settings inside the listing card.

    In the Booking Settings section, you can:

    • Disallow visitors from sending booking requests;
    • Limit the available calendar dates to the duration of your service package.

    These options provide additional flexibility and help you manage booking rules more effectively.


4. Platform Disclaimer

4.1. AtuLeisure.com is a technical platform only. We do not confirm, cancel, or manage bookings on your behalf.
4.2. The Website is not responsible for:

  • No-shows or cancellations;

  • Communication or disputes between you and users;

  • Any payments or refunds.
    4.3. All disputes and arrangements must be resolved directly between the agent and the customer.


5. Best Practices

  • Keep your availability and pricing up to date.

  • Check your email and dashboard regularly.

  • Be professional and clear in communication.

  • Use the “Booking rules” section to avoid misunderstandings.

  • If needed, add additional instructions to your profile description.

The account with the email address already exists on the site. To synchronize with Social Network Login plugin please enter the password to your account on the site.
